Personal Shopping Appointment

Our shopping appointments were designed just for you. Want to shop with us but can't make it in during store hours? Maybe you‘re on a tight schedule and need the styles in your online cart pulled and ready for you to try on. Or maybe you’re looking for style recommendations for a trip, starting a new job, or building a capsule wardrobe after a closet clean out. Whatever the reason, the Vamp team is here to offer a convenient, guided shopping experience.

Personal Shopping Appointments can be booked from 9:00am–9:30pm daily. Vamp is open from 11:00am–7:00pm daily. If you would like a private appointment, make sure to schedule before or after store hours. Don‘t see your date available? Get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.

APPOINTMENT PREP
After booking, you will be emailed a brief form with all appointment preparation information so that we are able to tailor our services to your needs. Additionally as a part of the form, we request that you review and sign our appointment guidelines.

1. Build an online shopping cart at vampofficial.com of styles you have your eye on. Feel free to add multiple sizes or colors– there is no request limit. Please note: if you notice a low stock warning, that item has a chance of selling out prior to your appointment.
2. Screenshot the cart and upload to the form linked in our booking confirmation email.
3. Your stylist will come prepared to your appointment with your initial selections. Don't worry, you can still shop outside these selections during your appointment but your cart is a great starting point.
4. If you want additional help building your cart or styling beyond your selections, feel free to let us know in the emailed form and we can use any information you provide to do the work for you!

APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
– The cost of booking an appointment goes towards the services provided and does not go towards a purchase from the appointment.
– If your appointment is booked outside of store hours, only one additional guest is permitted and Vamp will be closed to the public with doors locked for your safety
– Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment at the designated time. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. If arrival is later than scheduled, we will do our best to accommodate an extended end time, but are unable to guarantee an extension. There is a 15 minute grace period before a late arrival is considered a no show.
– Client can reschedule up to 72 hours prior to the appointment to another available date on Vamp’s calendar. No refunds will be given for cancelations or no shows.
